Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 2 hours to become active. You can also track your order using our Track page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the UAE only. For international orders contact sales@munafbukhoor.com, please note that it may not be possible to deliver to your area.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within with photos of the packaging, items, and proof of purchase. See Returns and Refunds policy for more. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
