Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Munaf, we hope you've received your product and you're satisfied with our service. If not, we're happy to make it right, get started with your return by contacting our returns team: returns@munafbakhoor.com.

Returns and refunds 

We have a 10-day guaranteed return policy, which means you can return your item  10 days after delivery for any reason whatsoever. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging, and contain the majority of the incense—unless there was an error on our part or with the shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at returns@munafbakhoor.com. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through bank transfer or the card used to make the purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at billing@munafbakhoor.com.

We do not accept items returned outside the allotted 10 days unless a defect, damage or a mistake was carried out on our part.

Disclaimer: Cosmetic damage, fully used bukhoor, missing items, custom or personalized products, final sale items, or products returned after the 10-day period do not qualify for a refund.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Clearance items and gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start an exchange contact sales@munafbakhoor.com.
