We want you to love every scent you bring into your home. That’s why we offer a 10-day return guarantee — no complicated forms, no endless questions. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days of receiving your order.

✅ What’s Covered

You can return your order if:

• You simply don’t like the scent or it wasn’t what you expected.

• You changed your mind after receiving it.

• You prefer to try something different next time.

We understand that you might have tried a small amount of the bakhoor before deciding — that’s perfectly fine. As long as the product is returned in reasonable condition (for example, minimal bakhoor consumed and packaging intact), we’ll happily accept the return.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair for everyone, we can’t accept returns that are:

• Completely used or empty boxes of bakhoor.

• Severely damaged or missing packaging.

• Items that have clearly been heavily used or mishandled.
